Important Notes to Consider

• The renting of our boats includes use of our landing nets, minnow buckets, paddles, anchor, and safety cushions
• For safety and comfort, there will be a maximum of 4 people per boat rented from Cherob Resort.
• Bring along your own life Coast Guard approved life jackets, as they are mandatory in Canada
• Life jackets for small children are required at all times when they are on or near the water
• Only gas supplied by Cherob Resorts can be used in our equipment
• Due to spillage and insurance concerns, transfer and storage of gas will not be permitted in or around cabins and will be restricted to designated areas only. This environmental concern will be strictly enforced. Thank you for your cooperation.
• Due to the high cost of equipment repairs, guests are responsible for any damage done to boats and motors.
• In the event that not all of the gas or minnows purchased are used, there will be no refund

FISHING LICENCES MUST BE PURCHASED EN ROUTE OR IN EAR FALLS. THEY ARE NOT SOLD AT OUR RESORT.

DEPOSITS

• all prices are quoted in US funds- rates in Canadian dollars are available upon request
• Harmonized Sales Tax (HST-13%) are not included in the rates quoted
• we require a deposit of a $150
• deposits will be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received at least 90 days prior to start of reservation, otherwise the deposit is transferable to available date within the same season but not refunded
• all refunds are subject to a 20% administration charge

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

• cottage check-in time is anytime after 7 a.m. on Saturday. Please respect this time to avoid an unnecessary wait
• check-out time is 9 a.m. Friday.
• Office will be closed from Friday 9 a.m. until Saturday 7 a.m.

(applies to weekly rates only, daily rates will be dealt with on a daily basis)

METHOD OF PAYMENT

• When making reservations; please mail your reservation form along with a personal cheque or money order for the appropriate deposit. A confirmation letter will be sent to you upon receipt.
• Personal cheques are accepted for DEPOSITS ONLY! Payment of your remaining balance must be made with cash or traveler’s cheques.
• All reserved dates must be paid. We cannot offer refunds for late arrivals, early departures, reduced parties or no shows.
